Ramadan 1429AH/2008CE Social Services Program

MCSSD works with needy families, including those who are widows, orphans, refugees, homeless, very poor, and/or have disabilities. We encourage local San Diegans to get involved in helping these needy people during this Holy Month, either by donating items, contributing financially, or volunteering your time. Below are a list of ways you can help. For more information, call the MCSSD office at 619 696 9267 or email MCSSD at info@mcssd.org.

MCSSD is a non-profit social service organization. Your contributions are tax-deductible. Receipts for donations are available upon request. If you have any questions or concerns about MCSSD's programs or policy, we are more than willing to provide information about our organization.

To donate money to MCSSD, visit the Donate page on the mcssd.org website for information about how to mail-in a check or pay online.

ZAKAAT AL-MAL and SADAQA

Many of the people on our list are widows, orphans, disabled, in debt, newly arrived refugees... and some are even homeless. We hope that your contributions can really make a difference in their quality of life.

DONATE TO MCSSD

MCSSD is a non-profit social service organization. We serve dozens of families and individuals every year. In addition to the above mentioned programs, MCSSD provided books this year about Fasting and Good Deeds during Ramadan to Muslim Inmates in several local facilities. And, God Willing, MCSSD will be using our recently purchased 15 passenger van to provide rides to mosque. This will enable dozens of needy refugees to integrate into the Muslim community and participate with the community during the month of Ramadan.

Please contribute to the MCSSD general fund to enable MCSSD to continue this important work. For more information, please view our Ramadan Fund appeal or see a detailed yearly report of MCSSD's activities and finances on our News and Reports Page
